Olivia Cecka Project Coordinator

Olivia joined SOJ in 2021, bringing six years of experience in marketing and administrative coordination. She supports our project managers with project controls and financial reporting, requests for proposals, architect and contractor selection, meeting coordination and documentation, file management, and report production. She is also responsible for SOJ’s marketing and social media. Olivia has supported a variety of projects, including the NARA NW Adult Residential Treatment Center, Beaverton Shelter, LAIKA Studio Renovation, and the Willamette Falls Inter-Tribal Public Access Project. Olivia graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it's hiking, kayaking, or simply exploring her neighborhood. She loves live music, thrifting with her brother, getting lost in a good book, or cheering on her favorite hockey teams.
