Justine Kim Partner / Senior Project Manager

Justine Kim, a licensed architect with over 30 years of experience, was drawn to project management for the multi-faceted collaboration between clients, architects, engineers, artists, agencies and end-users. Justine’s extensive experience in architecture and the construction industry, combined with an exceptional commitment to achieve the highest quality, ensure that optimum design and construction oversight is provided on every project. Since joining SOJ in 2007, Justine has managed the development of numerous high profile projects including Pike Place Market Waterfront Entrance Project (MarketFront), Seattle’s Fire Station 10, Burien Library and City Hall  and Casey Family Program Headquarters. The King Street Station Rehabilitation project she managed achieved the first LEED Platinum certification in the historic renovation category in the State of Washington and also received the 2013 AIA Honor Award. Justine earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Washington.

Justine was born and raised in Seoul, Korea and has lived in Honolulu, Chicago and Seattle. She enjoys spending time with her two young adult sons while golfing, cooking and experiencing the culturally vibrant life in the greater Seattle area.
