Brad Tong oversees development of major civic, commercial, residential, transportation, education and sports/entertainment projects for both public and private clients. He executes them with a disciplined approach to meet budget and schedule requirements and broad vision and policy goals and objectives. Brad’s project management experience is enhanced by his training and years of practice as a licensed Structural Engineer. He specializes in civic place-making, transit-oriented developments (TOD) and the education sector. Representative projects include Seattle Civic Center / City Hall, ShoWare Center Arena, Memorial Stadium, the Seattle Convention Center Summit expansion, and seven of Seattle Public School’s major new or modernized schools. Brad is actively engaged in the community having served on local boards and commissions including the Seattle Economic Development Commission, Seattle Chamber Music Society, Intiman Theater, Japanese Cultural Center of WA, and Amy Yee Tennis Center among others. Brad received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington with minor studies in Urban Planning and obtained his professional engineering license from the State of Washington.
