Han-Mei Chiang, FAIA, LEED AP Senior Project Manager

Han-Mei is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in both architecture and construction management. As a licensed architect in Oregon, she has dedicated the past twenty years to working on a variety of public and private projects in the state. Her meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive experience allows her to guide projects effectively and efficiently from concept through completion. Han-Mei is committed to creating opportunities within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry and finds fulfillment in mentoring the next generation of professionals. Han-Mei holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Oregon and is recognized as a LEED Accredited Professional. In 2026, Han-Mei was elevated to the AIA College of Fellows for her exceptional work and contributions to the architecture profession and greater community. She is passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and serves on the boards of the Halprin Landscape Conservancy, Pioneer Courthouse Square, and is a founding member of the NAMC-Oregon advisory board.

Han-Mei enjoys traveling and exploring with her family. On weekends she can be found sewing (quilts or clothing), biking or hiking if she’s not cheering on her kids either poolside or from the sidelines of the soccer pitch.
