As part of the 2013 voter approved Building Excellence IV (BEX IV) levy, this project includes the programming, design and construction for three Seattle public schools on two sites. The first project, Wilson Pacific, is a new replacement 660 student elementary school and 1,000 student middle school on a 17-acre site in North Seattle. It is the largest of the projects of the BEX IV program. The second, Olympic Hills, is a new replacement 660 student elementary school on 6.5 acre site also in North Seattle.
